What started as late-night conversations and cross-country beer tasting has grown into something much bigger — a place where quality craft beer and community meet.

From day one, our founders were hooked on the nuances of craft beer. Every flavor profile sparked discussion. Every pint brought questions about hops, malt, brewing techniques, and the science behind it all. This analytical obsession with the art and chemistry of brewing didn’t just lead to homebrew experiments — it sparked a vision.

In August 2021, we put down roots in Lexington, IL. With a lot of heart and a ton of support from family, friends, and neighbors, our taproom came to life. From painting walls to installing the brew system, it was a true community build — and the heartbeat of that energy lives in every pour.

Our 5-barrel brewing system lets us turn bold ideas into flavorful reality. Using advanced tech, timeless methods, and a strong foundation in brewing chemistry, we consistently deliver high-quality, creative beers. We keep ten taps flowing — some classics, some rotating — so whether you’re beer-curious or a seasoned enthusiast, there’s always something for you to love.

Now, we’re thrilled to bring that same passion to our new location in Peoria, where we’re adding something extra: a curated food menu crafted to complement our brews. Whether you're here for a quick bite or a full meal with friends, our Peoria taproom offers an elevated experience — all in the name of connection, flavor, and hospitality.
